Steel & Aluminum Construction
The durable KEYGRIP Series stand is constructed with steel riser sections and beefy aluminum castings that can securely carry loads without slipping, twisting, or wobbling.
Custom Aluminum Brake Castings
To make sure that gear is as secure at maximum height as it is at minimum height, custom aluminum brake castings feature a unique hexagonal design that makes them visually unique and securely lock so the riser sections won't slip once tightened.
Large Diameter Footprint
The 44" footprint diameter along with steel 3/4" square legs provide the stability needed to set lights and accessories on location, even in windy conditions. The legs are supported by heavy-duty aluminum struts and a beefy spider castings that combine for rock steady support, even holding its maximum load.
3" Locking Casters
Large 3" casters give the stand the mobility that's crucial on a busy set or location. The wheels glide over most surfaces, including thick carpeting. Foot-operated brakes make it fast and easy to lock the casters.
Hanger Pin
The top spider casting of the stand incorporates a hanger pin that allows the stand to be hung on a rack in the studio or on a truck for convenient storage and transport.

Impact Baby Roller Reviews

Great Stand for the Price

I've only used it on a couple of shoots, but it has been solid so far and is probably the best-value baby roller stand. My one complaint is that the baby pin is hexagonal, so every time you tighten down your light, the angle shifts a bit depending on where the screw happens to line up on the pin. Annoying when you're trying to lock in a precise angle. Hexagonal pins make sense on a boom or extension arm, mounted horizontally, since they keep the light from drifting. But this stand is vertical only, so you get none of that benefit and just get the annoyance of not being able to lock it down on any angle you want. If I were buying again, I'd go with the Kupo roller stand instead, which is not that much more expensive.

Heavy-duty Support That Moves Around With Ease. Love It!

This Impact Baby Roller Is Built Like A Tank. From The Moment I Set It Up, I Could Tell This Stand Was Made To Last. The Steel Risers And Solid Metal Construction Give It An Incredibly Sturdy Feel, And It Easily Supports Heavier Lights Without Any Wobble Or Shifting. Everything About It Feels Tight And Secure, From The Locking Mechanisms To The Leg Design. The Knobs Feel Comfortable In The Hand And Have A Solid, Meaty Feel That Lets You Tighten The Risers Down Securely. It’s The Kind Of Stand That Gives You Real Peace Of Mind When You’re Mounting Expensive Gear. What Really Makes This Stand A Game-changer, Though, Are The Wheels. Once You Add The Casters, Working With It Becomes So Much Easier. Being Able To Roll The Light Into Position And Make Quick Adjustments Without Constantly Lifting And Carrying Saves A Lot Of Time...and Your Back. The Wheels Glide Smoothly And Lock Firmly In Place When Needed, Even On Carpeted Floors. This Stand Feels Like True Professional-grade Equipment. It’s Strong, Stable, And Makes Studio Work Much More Efficient And Less Laborious. If You’re Using Heavy Lights Or Want Something That Will Hold Up For Years Of Use, This Is A Great Choice [I Have Received This Product In Exchange For My Honest Review.]
