The Nikon Z7 Mirrorless Camera will most likely fit in the MegaGear Ever Ready Genuine Leather Case for Nikon Z 5 as it is a bit smaller than the Nikon Z5 Mirrorless Camera. However, there are no guarantees that it will be a good fit. I would also double check which lens you would be using with the camera, as the Nikon NIKKOR Z DX 16-50mm f/3.5-6.3 VR Lens is an APS-C lens and the Z7 is a full frame camera. This case is designed for the Z5 with the Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-50mm f/4-6.3 Lens.

will a 50mm lens and camera fit into the case?
NO - The answer is absolutely not. I have an a6300 with a 50mm and I cant even get the lens in the case. This will only work with the 16mm or 20mm pancake lens and it will be snug. I just tried it and going to have to return it. Shame, it was exactly what I was looking for in a quick carry case.

Does this Megagear case have a loop so you can attach it to your belt?
It does have a detachable clip that in theory you might be able to use to attach to a thin belt, but I don't think it is designed for that. There is no built-in loop to attach to a belt.

Does it fit 6300 with a 35mm?
I have the A6000 with the 16-50 mm lens, and it fits perfectly. You have to compare your 35 mm lens with the 16-50 and then you'll know if it fits.
