Great product. Well designed. Easy to use. The ball head is easy to adjust and firm once adjusted.
I did not expect to receive a phone holder with it. A bit tricky sometimes to mount the phone on the holder because the sdes (grabbers) are sprin loaded but they hold the phone securely. The best part is the ease to switch to switch the phone from the portrait to the landscape position.
