Easy to mount, sturdy and allows for proper mostion in all axis.

Ok for the price, but doesn't hold horizontal level very well. Too much slop in the pivot mechanism at the TV. Probably ok for smaller TV's up to about 40"-46". Maybe. With a 65 - not so great.
