The MX415DUAL/C mounts on any flat surface using the included shockmount or flange mounts. The 15", single-section gooseneck design offers some level of flexibility at the top to facilitate positioning. Each mic capsule features a cardioid polar pattern that provides coverage for up to two people sitting side by side—while helping to reduce unwanted sounds in noisy conference rooms and meeting spaces. The cardioid mic capsules are interchangeable, allowing you to choose different capsules to suit your application. Capsules are available with omnidirectional, cardioid, and supercardioid patterns.
The mic features two capsules and two inline preamps that provide redundance in case of failure or provide two completely independent signal paths from a single microphone source for broadcasting purposes. The MX415DUAL/C features CommShield technology for shielding against RF interference from portable wireless devices.
