The Manufacturer number is ATHM'50X'BT2. The quality will be the same as the wired option as it is technically the same model except with Bluetooth Capabilities.

Is the 3.5mm jack proprietary with a locking mechanism? Or can I use any cable with it?
You can use other cables on the Audio-Technica Consumer ATH-M50xBT2 Wireless Over-Ear Headphones (Black) however the entry point is recessed. So the barrel of the replacement cable would have to be slim or low profile.

What version of Bluetooth and are they on the aptX standard?
I think the question that was meant was what Codec's are supported. That would be SBC, AAC & LDAC. LDAC is only currently available for Android and not iOS. Since I'm iOS I hope that will be changed soon.
