Use this red LunchBox Magnalium Case from ANDYCINE to install your SSD directly to the slot on the back of the Ninja V and record directly to the drive. To install an mSATA SSD, remove it from its case and strip its thermal adhesive. The mSATA SSD can then be inserted into the mSATA to SATA adapter and covered with one of the included silicone sheets for heat protection. Once in the adapter, you can then screw on the top plate and slide it into your Ninja V. The LunchBox provides a compact and economical option for your Ninja V and has all the tools needed for installation.

Will this also work with the Atomos Shogun Inferno? What file formats will the Samsung T5 Msata drive support?
Are you certain that it won't work with the Shogun Inferno (which has the same type of SSD connection on the back)? The Anglebird AtomX SSD is compatible with both Ninja V and Inferno, so why not this product?

No Only T5 Samsung SSD's. T5's are the only model when you disassemble the drive have a mSATA SSD inside to use, the other option is to buy a standalone mSATA like the Samsung 860EVO.
