Electronic musicians, producers, and engineers looking to expand their BFD library will be impressed with the BFDDrums London Session, a 49GB drum sound library recorded at London's AIR Studios. The library includes 10 vintage and modern kits with dramatic room sounds tracked through AIR Studio's custom Neve Console.
There are over 80 kit pieces offering huge timbral variety. The legendary room at AIR's Lyndhurst Hall is captured by 2 pairs of room mics including a mid/side set capable of anything from true mono to richly expanded stereo. Neve Montserrat preamps and Prism converters used throughout provide a warm, yet defined sound. A huge range of rocks sounds are made possible by the room mics, while the punchy direct mics and silky overheads are suitable for most genres including funk, jazz, pop, country and more. London Sessions features 24-bit 44.1 kHz multi-channel recordings and is compatible with BFD 3.4 or later on Mac or Windows.
