To some the ad200 series is a budget entry level while to others they save up for it just to afford it, that is the reality. I have seen so many of these lights fall to the ground. This piece will at least save the back screen from fully hitting the pavement. The downside is, it is a bit, just a bit chunky but it will not interfere with the way you organize your camera bag or roller. I think it makes the ad200 look more cooler. I have other lights like Elinchrom but when I want to go lite, I bring the ad200 but I never use it on the field without this. It is a must to protect your light besides having a sandbag and a sturdy light stand. Buy it! It is worth every penny.

Like the headline, it does the job, It is a bit bulky for my kit, so finding a good place to put it in my pack is difficult however, I do enjoy how effective it is when I have a use for it. I don't need to use something like this too often so it rarely ever enters my load out.

Unfortunately, using Silicone Fenders on both AD200 Pro units would prevent them for being used together in the Godox AD-B2.
