This iteration of Auto-Tune takes the original formula and adds real-time MIDI parameter control for creative implementations and ARA (Audio Random Access) functionality for more seamless integration with your host DAW. It also includes the Auto-Key plug-in, which provides automatic key and scale detection to streamline your auto-tuning workflow.
Flex-Tune technology has been incorporated to preserve a singer's innate expressiveness in the tuning process. A Humanize function ensures a more transparent hand when tuning longer, sustained notes. With Low Latency mode, you can monitor a track through Auto-Tune while recording and without introducing any delay. Never fear, lovers of that classic Auto-Tune 5 sound, this famous algorithm has been preserved and is accessible through Classic mode.
If timing is the issue, Time Correction technology provides nondestructive editing capabilities to fix off-beat phrases. Antares's Throat Modeling technology is on hand, as is formant correction, natural vibrato, and artificial vibrato controls. As with previous versions, you're presented with Auto mode for a more hands-off approach, and Graph mode that facilitates in-depth and powerful editing. The GUI of both modes have been redesigned to provide a more sleek and intuitive feel.
