The Axis Communications M7116 is a cost-effective, 16-channel video encoder that adds the benefits of IP surveillance to analog camera systems. It supports standard resolution analog cameras as well as PTZ control over RS-485. where does one buy the license required per encoder and how long are the licenses good for?
Using the Axis Camera Station software you would only need 1 license per unit. There are no expiration dates on the licenses. The B&H part number for 1 license is AX0879010.
