The DJI LiDAR Range Finder is offered separately since it is a very important component of the 4D system. This allows the user to have a back-up or a replacement for one lost or damaged.

Will this be released as a standalone autofocus system you can put on any camera?
This product is a part of the DJI Ronin 4D system it is not capable of working with any other camera system at this time. Only DJI can confirm/deny whether or not they plan to develop new products to work with other camera systems.
