Is there an adapter for this holder that allow to use the Hoya 82mm HD3 CPL instead of the one that comes with the kit?
No, unfortunately there are no adapters that would properly function with the NiSi V7 100mm Filter Holder Kit with True Color NC Circular Polarizer and Lens Cap with any off-brand filters, other than NiSi, as they are proprietary to this holder.

To use a lens that has a 62mm filter thread on the NiSi V7 100mm Filter Holder Kit with True Color NC Circular Polarizer and Lens Cap you need a step up adapter.

The V6 said it contains 1 adapter ring and 3 step rings..... the V7 said it contains 4 adapter rings indicating each one has the filter wheel. Can you please check?
I read where you see that and I will inform B&H that that needs to be re-written. You get the main adapter which is 82mm native and you get three adapters to mount to 67mm, 72mm, and 77mm. Sorry for the confusion.

How many NiSi 100 x 100mm or 100 x 150mm Solid Neutral Density Base Filters can be slide into the V7 100mm Filter Holder? Is it 3 filters, the as for V6 Filter Holder?
Yes both Nisi holders ( NiSi V7 Alpha 100mm Aluminum Filter Holder and NiSi V6 100mm Filter Holder Ki) can stock up to 3 square filter and a circular polarizer if you get the proper kit or adapter.

Will the V7 work on Olympus 7-14mm wide angle lens. The standalone NiSi filter holder I purchased for the lens does not lock tight to lens
The V7 is for threaded lenses only. The Olympus lacks any filter threads. We have a 100mm filter holder specifically designed for the Olympus 7-14mm lens. The V7 is not the right solution for you. If your Nikon lens is a G version, you would have to use an S6 filter holder. If your Nikon lens is a Z version, we have an S6 and we also have a dedicated 100 mm Holder for that lens. I hope this answers your question, thank you.

What is the diameter of the circular polarizing filter that comes with the kit?
Acording to NiSi Optics, as stated, the circular polarizing filter is of an 86mm threading, and is very specific in its profile and would not be able to be replaced by a different option.
