Sorry, no. The XPG 32GB Lancer DDR5 5200 MHz UDIMM Memory Kit is an ECC memory kit. The ASPZ690CWF will only handle non-ECC memory.

DDR5 has several advantages over DDR4, higher frequencies does not always mean you get better performance. There are many factors that will affect the overall outcome of the performance, especially what the rest of your components are but on paper, DDR5 brings some improvements to the table that give you some advantages over DDR4 in some specific scenarios.
