Set up your PTZ or other cameras on a stout support system with this Triman Tripod Kit with Center Column for PTZ and Other Cameras. Portable yet stable, the system supports cameras weighing up to 17.6 lb, and it features a center column for height adjustment, allowing you to raise or lower the camera without having to adjust the height of the legs. The compact leveling head mounts directly on the center column, allowing you up to 10° of adjustment, and the built-in bubble level allows you to adjust the level precisely.
The included MV500AH flat base head supports up to 17.6 lb of camera and kit, and it features a slide lock QR plate that is simple to use and secure. The combination of the head, legs, and leveling head provides a solid platform for a PTZ head to operate from, taking advantage of your PTZ camera pan, tilt, and zoom features. Additionally, you can use this kit to support a camera in a traditional production where a camera operator controls the camera.
The Manfrotto 028B Triman Camera Tripod is a strong, sturdy tripod with a geared center column built for industrial and studio applications. Standard features include the tandem leg design, built-in bubble level, and rubber feet with retractable spikes. The geared center column has a non roll-back feature and has a threaded 3/8"-16 mount on the bottom of the column to allow low-angle shots. Strong enough for even the most ardent of medium format applications. The 028B is compatible with the 181B dolly. A mid-level spreader and a carrying strap are included with the tripod.
The MVH500AH Fluid Video Head with Flat Base from Manfrotto is designed with a wide platform, optimal for HDSLR camera bodies. Smooth and precise, it has a maximum load capacity of 17.6 lb and professional quality fluid cartridges on both its pan and tilt axes. It has a pre-set spring-loaded counterbalance of 5.3 lb, its lateral tilt range is -70°/+90° and it provides 360° panning rotation.
The side lock system on the MVH500AH allows the camera and sliding QR plate to click quickly into the head from above, instead of needing to be aligned and slid in from the back. This makes it easier and safer to mount your camera on this head. The head attaches to a tripod via a 3/8"-16 thread and includes a 500PLONG sliding balance plate with a captive 1/4"-20 tie-down screw and a 3/8"-16 adapter bushing. It also provides an Easy Link 3/8" connector on the side of the head to attach accessories such as a video monitor.
The MVH500AH is made from aluminum alloy, measures 3.74" high and provides a bubble level and precision control handle.
The Manfrotto 438 Compact Leveling Head provides fast leveling for tripods without built-in levels. It fits between the center column and head and has 10° range of adjustment.
