The Leedal 5 Micron Chemical Filter Elements are wound on a corrosion-proof core in a honeycomb pattern that becomes tighter toward the inner core.
This special construction prevents the element from clogging with dirt accumulation on outer surface. The entire depth of the element is useful and makes for longer element life.
A fine voile covering on the core prevents lint from passing.
Each element is 9-7/8 long, with a 2-3/4 outside diameter, and a 1" inside core diameter.
The Leedal honeycomb element furnishes the same efficient, long life if used in any filter housing using this standard size element.
In order to facilitate changing of the element, install shut-off valves before and after the housing.
