The 77mm UV-Haze #010 MRC MASTER Filter from B+W blocks UV light, which can cause blurring and a blueish cast. An invisible component of daylight, UV light is more intense in pure sea air and high mountain regions. This filter is color-neutral and can be kept on your lens even when you don't need it, simply to protect the front of the lens. The filter element is made of glass and is highly transparent.

and the B+W UV-Haze #010 MRC Basic Filter (77mm), BH #BWUVB77. The Master has an additional coating, Nano. That helps keep the filter clean and makes it easier to clean.

Will this filter work with the Canon RF14-35mm F4 L IS USM? It's a 77mm lens but extremely wide. I'm concerned about vignetting. I know I could always use an 82mm filter with a step down ring but that is an awkward way to go and the EW-83P wouldn't fit. Are there any UV filters out there that are designed for ultra wide lenses? By any manufacturer?

Optically they are the same but the Master has knurled edges for a better grip. The XS-Pro version is not made anymore and the Master is the replacement.
