Ideal for photo and video shoots when working with couples, small family groups, and product shots, the HaloCompact Plus 2-Stop Diffuser from Manfrotto is built around a rigid frame and designed for quick deployment. The collapsible lightweight aluminum frame quickly slots together and the diffuser fabric cover can be attached to the frame with the easy-to-use clip. The versatile diffuser can be held or mounted in front of a light source, acting like an open-sided softbox to provide a soft, flattering quality of light with reduced contrast. Another way the Halo is frequently used is by holding it above your subject's head to tame the harsh midday sun. The frame has 1/4"-20 female threads and includes a 1/4"-20 adapter for various mounting options. For storage and transport the frame breaks down into small multiple sections and along with the folded cover, packs into the included carry bag.
