Before that, I bought an S10 subwoofer grill by back order, and my goodness, it took 3 months from order to receipt. I was prepared for the same kind of trouble when looking for a grill for the S12, but luckily B&H have them in stock. The order arrived quickly, in perfect condition, to install the grill youll have to remove the rubber gasket around the speaker, and that's it.
Have been trying to find this for a while, and could only find in-stock overseas. I had my fingers crossed that B&H could order it from KRK, and it took a month, but I got it! There are NO instructions when you get it, and no videos out on this, but you need to remove the rubber gasket surrounding the speaker with a very slim screwdriver or knife. You will not need to take any screws out to do this, at least. Exactly what I needed to avoid kicking the cone, as it is under my mixing desk and can be reached by my foot.
