Would the arm be compatible with the HP Omen27i monitor? Not sure if this arm can also rotate forty-five degrees.
The Dell MSA20 Single Monitor Arm BH #DEMSA20 features a 100 x 100mm VESA Mount and will support up to 22 lbs. It will tilt from -35° to 80° and swivels & rotates 180°. The HP OMEN 27i can be VESA mounted (100mm X 100mm only).

According to the manufacturer, the Dell MSA20 Single Monitor Arm (B&H # DEMSA20) can clamp to a surface with a maximum thickness of 3.5".

Can this be used for an NEC EA232 monitor? How about an NEC PA302? Not sure how it would connect.
The Dell MSA20 Single Monitor Arm BH #DEMSA20 works with monitors 19" to 38"and up to 22 lbs. The VESA Mounting Pattern must be 100mm x 100mm.
The NEC EA232WMI-BK 23" Eco-Friendly Widescreen Desktop Monitor with IPS Panel
BH #NE232WMIBK • MFR #EA232WMI-BK would also be compatible.
The NEC 30" Widescreen LED Backlit LCD Wide Gamut Desktop Monitor
B&H # NEPA302WBK MFR # PA302W-BK at 30" is too large and would not be compatible.
