The Godox Parabolic 88 Reflector Kit (35.4") can hold the weight of a Broncolor 800 L mono flash; it is recommended that you mount this on a heavy-duty light stand like a C-stand or junior stand. You will also need the Broncolor speed ring to mount the Broncolor 800 L mono flash. See: B&H # GOPFBRM.

Will this work with an AD400 Pro light or is that too heavy?
The Godox Parabolic 88 Reflector (35.4") is compatible with the Godox AD400; however, you will need the Godox Strobe Adapter (Bowens-Mount) and the proper support stands.
