Can a 10GB Device be used on an uplink port if another uplink port is used for the uplink?

The HPE Networking Instant On 1960 12-Port 1G / 2.5G PoE-Compliant Managed Network Switch (480W), B&H # HPS0F35AABA, could support a 10GbE device on one of the uplink ports, even if one of the uplink ports is being used for an uplink to another switch; they operate independently.
