I am very confused by marketing of this camera. Name wise and by the way it is presented on BMD's website, it would appear the intention is that this is camera is primarily for broadcast purposes. However, feature wise this seems to me like this camera is an Ursa Mini Pro G3, if you will. However, I notice that the older Ursa Mini Pro G2 costs more than this camera. Why would I buy the Ursa Mini Pro G2 over this camera?
Larger sensor.
More recording formats.
Faster frame rates and more dynamic range.

After purchasing this kit w/focus & zoom demand + Samsung T7 SSD it seems as if I can't use all three at once. True? If not how?
BMD Rep: could you please recommend a 'good' USB 3.1 hub? Thanks much.

How do connect smpte fiber to this unit? And what can you control with it?
One would need to remove the rear battery plate from the Blackmagic Design URSA Broadcast G2 Camera when mounting the Blackmagic Design Camera Fiber Converter and connect the molex cable. https://bhpho.to/3pTSDw3
One would connect the SDI in and out from the camera as well as REF port to the Fiber Converter. The Camera Fiber Converter can communicate with the Blackmagic Studio
Fiber Converter. https://bhpho.to/31Valr5
Control of the camera can be done through ATEM CCU software as well as Blackmagic Design ATEM Camera Control Panel. https://bhpho.to/3dNe7VL

Is there a way to transfer live feed from the field into a studio? Like the Sony RX station, is there something like that but for the URSA line?
The Blackmagic Design URSA Broadcast G2 Camera would need to output to a wireless streaming device to send a live feed back to the studio from the field. I think the LiveU Solo HDMI Video Encoder with 2-Modem Starter Kit is one of the best options for wirelessly streaming since it has dual band technology allowing it to use signals from multiple cellphone networks to provide the most stable data rate possible in the field.

When using this camera with an Canon EF 24-105mm lens, what is the 35mm lens equivalent since this camera has a 2/3" sensor? I will be shooting primarily in HD 60p, is there should be no sensor cropping.
The mount is a B4 2/3 mount, but the sensor is Super35, thus there is a 1.6 crop factor.

I have canon kj20x8.2b irsd lenses. They have a 12-pin connector. I assume that will connect to the camera and power the lens but will it allow iris remote control thru BM gear?
The Blackmagic Design URSA Broadcast G2 Camera should power your lens as you mentioned but Blackmagic Focus Demand and Zoom Demand would not provide iris control.
