Hyperlite Mountain Gear Camera Pod Overview

The regular Camera Pod from Hyperlite Mountain Gear measures 7 x 5.5 x 3.75" and is an ultralight, durable, and weatherproof camera pouch. Built with a selection of lightweight Dyneema composite fabrics for performance and protection, you can be confident your camera is secure as you focus on your next shot.

The Camera Pod features eight points of attachment, including two Nite Ize #2 Slidelock aluminum carabiners. It has 0.25" closed-cell foam padding and a waterproof zipper for optimal protection while hiking, camping, or traveling in harsh locations.

This is an awesome item for backpackers / hikers who are serious about photography. I went for the large size to hopefully fit an extra lens, and it does indeed fit my Fujifilm telephoto sideways at the bottom. I put in a foam separator, and stack my X-T5 on top with a smaller zoom lens attached. This is all I I need for 90% of my hikes. Good stuff!

Strap broke on day one

Great case but the strap broke on day one and frayed. We hadn’t even started backpacking yet. Was very disappointment. Hoping for replacement.
