This 1.25" Eyepiece Filter Baader SLOAN/SDSS u' Filter, from Alpine Astronomical, is part of the ugriz' bandpass filter set, is suitable for use from f/15 to f/1.8, and is a photometric filter offering transmission performance according to SLOAN specifications. This daylight-proof filter uses ion-beam coating technology and features a Reflex-Blocker hard coating, which has been planeoptically polished, and has Life-Coat sealed coating edges. It is equally suitable for modern CMOS sensors as well as for older CCD camera technologies.
