We have ordered our plotter paper from numerous sources and there is always an issue of some sort. So far our experience with B&H has been a positive one. Paper is packaged well to avoid damage and shipping is fast. Two small downfalls are the tape which is terrible and tears the paper every time. Also the return/replacement policy for this product (we had to return one of our orders due to a deformed inner tube and it is not easy to repackage and ship one of these rolls) Make sure you check the roll is not damaged prior to disposing of shipping materials.
