PortaBrace HIP-EOSR3 Overview

This PortaBrace Hip Pack fits cameras such as the Canon EOS R3. It holds the camera along with a lens, batteries, and other accessories. The main compartment has a semi-rigid frame for maximum protection. The case exterior is made of durable, abrasion-resistant Cordura material, and the interior has a layer of foam padding with a soft Veltex lining.

Two foam-padded dividers are included and can be securely fastened anywhere inside the main compartment to help separate and stabilize equipment. There is a pocket on the front, a zippered pocket on top, three front slip pockets, a side pocket, and a pocket for your keys. The Hip Pack features an extra wide waist belt that helps comfortably support heavy equipment.

I really do love this pack. It's firm enough that you don't worry bout any gear grinding around while moving, if it's packed in there. The listing on bnH did say it would include more than 1 separator (I think at least 2 but maybe even 3) however beware, it does not, only comes with one. Ended up not being a prob for me, though I do with i had the option. Have used it on a film set and also while hiking w my camera! So nice to take a load of extra lenses off of my shoulders. The front pockets are nice, open quick access. Removing a star for: -The top pouch is a little precarious, and feels like items can fall out if not carefully closed, but it's a good size for a small gorilla pod, or packs of batteries. -I wish the zip pulls weren't so noisy. I taped them up for walking around on set, but still need to be careful about the sound.
