Poor design caused the adjustment pin to break off. No way to repair. Godox said too bad not our problem.

Precision manufacturing makes this easy and reliable. In my opinion, an iris diaphragm is required for light control with a projector. Glad to see Godox providing great accessories.

Has anyone tried using this with the Aputure Spotlight mounts? Will it fit? The one made for the Aputure has terrible reviews.
For anyone else wondering, the Godox iris will NOT work for the Aputure spotlight mounts..
The shape at the bottom prevents it from going in all the way, resulting in a partial beam and terrible falloff unless you have it dialed down to a very small aperture.
Unfortunately the Aputure iris is the only way to go for their spotlight mounts.
