Christie DWU880A Overview

With 20,000 hours of laser life, the Christie DWU880A-GS 1DLP Projector eliminates the need for lamp and filter replacements. A full suite of lenses (sold separately) and up to 24/7 operation make this projector well suited for a variety of uses including higher education, places of worship, conference centers, and other high-use environments. For advanced applications, such as multi-projector setups or 3D mapping, the built-in Christie Twist features allow for precise image warping, blending, and alignment.

Laser Light Source
Avoid downtime and reduce maintenance with Christie's high-efficiency laser illumination. The GS Series of projectors eliminates the need for lamp and filter replacements, providing 20,000 hours of life. For extra peace of mind, the light source is covered by Christie's warranty for five years or 20,000 hours, whichever comes first.
24/7 Durability
Capable of running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in a compact footprint with quiet operation, the GS Series offers great performance and reliability in high-demand, high-use environments.
Flexible Connectivity
The DW880A-GS includes two HDMI 2.0 inputs as well as DVI-D. For long distances, a 3G-SDI BNC input is available. Additionally, there is an RJ45 HDBaseT input to deliver Full HD video, audio, network, and control commands on a single Ethernet cable. This projector also features an HDMI output for daisy-chaining the signal to other projectors.
Built-In Christie Twist and Compatible with Christie Mystique
Built-in Christie Twist allows you to seamlessly edge-blend and stack multiple projected images on any 2D or 3D surface and precisely control the geometry of each projector through an easy-to-use grid-point, mesh interface. Working in conjunction with Twist, Christie Mystique automates multi-projector warping and blending. With the click of a mouse, the camera-based software automatically aligns, stacks, and blends multi-projector systems in minutes. For simple 2D setups using up to 3 projectors in a single horizontal array on a flat screen or surface, you can download Mystique Lite at no additional cost and purchase an inexpensive supported webcam to get started.
