DigitalFoto Solution Limited R130 Reviews

This is not a a bracket!

This is two plates held together by two very cheap screws. I would not trust this to support a camera.

Good build quality, may need a thin liner for tight fit

I own both the 5 and the larger 7 model of this clapper bracket. I needed to rotate my camera on a copy stand 90 degrees, this works perfectly for the application. The included 1/4-20 screw may be slightly too long for a snug fit between the camera and the bracket. The screw bottoms out in my Nikon D5600 before the camera is secured. I purchased a thin (1mm) adhesive non-slip rubber sheet from amazon, and cut it with an xacto-knife and this works perfectly. Fwiw, the 7 model doesn't have this problem with this same camera. I measured the screws and they are same --- so I think the machining of the slot where the screw sits was simply too deep in the 5. Either a slightly shorter screw, or shimming (with a sheet or a 12mm/7mm washer) the screw like I did easily solves the issue.
