The 124 to 95mm Flexible Adapter Ring for Clamp-On Matte Box from SHAPE is compatible with the SHAPE clamp-on (AKSCL) and swing-away (AKSWA) matte boxes. The split design allows a subtle compression that secures the matte box on your lens. Comprised of Delrin plastic, the flexible adapter ring is lightweight enough to enable matte boxes to mount directly on lenses without rods. The adapter supports lenses with a 95mm diameter.

I purchased this but it does not fit onto our Sony FE PZ 28-135mm Lens, which says 95mm. What am I doing wrong?
The Sony FE PZ 28-135mm f/4 G OSS Lens thread size is 95mm, but the outer diameter of the lens for clamp-on applications is larger at 105mm. Using these two products together is a possible configuration of items to consider to get fitment with the SHAPE Matte Box. The SmallRig 95 to 114mm Threaded Adapter Ring for Matte Box and the SHAPE Flexible Adapter Ring for Clamp-On Matte Box (124 to 114mm). See the links below:
