From the base of the included steel washer to the end of the plastic ball measures 100mm, remove the ball and you're at 95mm.

Yes, the Leofoto Long Spikes with Plastic Boots (Set of 3) is 3/8 inch. And if you are referring to the Gitzo GIGT2545T Traveler Series 2 Carbon Fiber Tripod it too uses 3/8 inch feet.
