My faithful senile shredder, a good 30 years old, recently died. Reading reviews for a new shredder was overwhelming -- the range in prices, capabilities, need to oil the gears, and generally bad ratings. So I took the easy route and called B&H for their expertise and advice. As usual, they were very helpful and spent a great deal of time helping me decide between two Dahle Shredders. I was told the shredder would ship that day and I would receive it early the next week. To my surprise it arrived the next day. There was nothing to setting up the shredder and it worked right out of the box. Do know that the marketing says it can shred staples, paper clips and even CDs, BUT the instructions say to do so sparingly. I've only had it a few weeks and I do like that it makes mincemeat of my papers whereas my old one shredded in long strands. I can't recommend B&H highly enough.
