The Pocket C-Stand from Matthews is an ultracompact steel stand that holds small-scale modifiers to block and manage light. It features an aluminum grip head and grip arm with 3/16" holes to support standard dots and fingers.
Classic C-Stand Made Compact
The stand is adjustable from a minimum height of 6" to up to 18", making it easy to use in a wide variety of applications. Its small stature is suitable for product photography, tabletop tutorial videos, and stop-motion film productions. Although there aren't any specific products to place on the legs of the Matthews Pocket C-Stand (5"), you could use a strip of gaffer's tape on each foot, which can lay flat. The ProTapes Pro Gaffer Tape (2" x 55 yd, Black), BH # PRGT255B is a good solution. https://bhpho.to/3NhBbvK

The manufacture does not list the support weight for the Matthews Pocket C-Stand. Note it is listed for mini items like dots and flags that are weigh less than a lb.

No, the Matthews pocket c-stand is designed and made for tabletop or miniature work will not support a 6x6.

Is 5" really it's maximum height? I don't see any stats. Minimum and maximum heights with and without the boom would be great.

5" Refers to the length of the C-Stand Arm. A 40" C-Stand has a 40" Arm, 20" C-Stand has a 20" Arm.
