HP W6600 Overview

Equipped with the 7nm RDNA 2 architecture, the AMD Radeon Pro W6600 Graphics Card from HP is engineered for 3D graphics rendering, video effects, and VR content production. The Radeon PRO W6600 also introduces real-time raytracing and the AMD Infinity Cache. Packing 1792 stream processors linked to 8GB of GDDR6 VRAM with 224 GB/s memory bandwidth and 10.4 TFLOPS of peak single-precision computation performance, the Radeon Pro W6600 can fully leverage APIs such as OpenCL, OpenGL, and Vulkan to accelerate graphics rendering and computationally intensive video effects.

The front panel of the card features four DisplayPort 1.4 outputs. This graphics card support AMD Eyefinity technology for multi-display support. To keep this card cool, AMD implemented a blower-style cooler. By using a radial fan, this system forces air over the components and exhausts it out through the front of the card. This compact cooling solution is ideal for configurations involving tight spacing between components, crucial in smaller enclosures.

RDNA 2 Architecture
Engineered for high performance and power efficiency, RDNA 2 is the architecture powering AMD's 7nm gaming CPU, delivering up to 94% faster performance over the previous generation GCN architecture. Equipped with GDDR6 memory and featuring PCIe 4.0 support, RDNA 2 architecture is ready for the next-gen of games.

What's the difference between this and the non "HP" labeled item for about 150$ less?

The only difference is that the HP Radeon PRO W6600 Graphics Card, (B&H #HE340K5AA), has a 1 year warranty with HP instead of a 3 year warranty with AMD like the AMD Radeon PRO W6600 Graphics Card, (B&H # AMRPW6600).
