Solid mount, but room for improvement

Overall, the stand is nice and feels solid. However, I wish I had read the reviews first. The other two reviews commented about the swing arms. There is nothing to hold them in place. So the swing back to flat. I stuck a screw in the hinge to prevent it from falling back. That worked, but I shouldn’t have had to do that.

I love the functionality of every part of this except the monitor arms. There is no hinge or bend in the bar that holds the monitors so your only option is to have them basically flat. This is really hard on your neck when trying to work on one of the side monitors. If they would fix that component, I would happily give 5 starts.
