handles bent on first use; I returned it

I bought this to wheel my 36 lb guitar amplifier because it was lightweight and a good price, but it broke the first day I used it. The wheels were so insufficient they caught on a ½ raised edge of a city sidewalk, stopping its movement and yanking the handle out of my hand. As it tipped over the amp slammed flat onto the handles, bending them (and scratching the amp). I bent the handles back into shape but there was a crack in the tubes and they would no longer collapse completely. The next time I used it even though I was extra careful the same thing happened again, bending them further. I could tell as I tried to unbend them I was weakening the metal further and it was just a matter of time before they would break completely.  The handles are made of hollow aluminum which makes the cart lightweight, but they are not sufficient for my outdoor use case. Maybe it would be ok for indoor only use. Another problem is when I was walking at normal speed the cart would start oscillating back and forth, nearly tipping over. Again this was with a 36 lb amp, nowhere near the 165 lb rating. So I returned it for a full refund (props to B&H's return policy). I'm replacing it with a steel tubed model; I think the extra few dollars and additional pounds will be worth it.

For the price, this is amazing. I have a hard time imagining putting 1675 pounds on this, I feel like it would crush. That said, it is perfect for lighter loads. Folds easily, is very lightweight... exactly what I needed. Not sure how long the plastic will hold up, hopefully a while.
