B&H consistently delivers the best combination of price, reliability, and customer experience, and this purchase was no exception. The TP-Link TL-SX3008F arrived exactly as described, shipped quickly, and was packaged exceptionally well to prevent any damage. I continue to choose B&H because of their competitive pricing, fast fulfillment, and consistently excellent customer service. This is my second TL-SX3008F switch, and it continues to impress. The flexibility it offers at both Layer 2 and Layer 3 makes it a strong option for homelabs and small enterprise environments. The ability to support both SFP+ fiber and 10GbE connections provides excellent adaptability depending on your network design and performance requirements. From a performance standpoint, throughput is solid and reliable for the price point, making it a great value in the 10Gb space. That said, firmware updates can be a bit finicky, and I’ve noticed that certain custom configurations may reset after a reboot, which is something to be mindful of during deployment. Overall, despite minor firmware quirks, this is a highly capable switch that delivers strong performance and flexibility at an excellent price. Combined with B&H’s outstanding service, it’s an easy recommendation.

I use this in my home along with Cisco SFP&SFP+ modules. The primary reason was to allow for speedy access to my home file server while editing video, part of a 10G upgrade to the house. This is now my core switch and interfaces directly to my legacy 1G switch devices and TP-Link AXE16000 (via 10G SFP+!). A firmware upgrade is recommended if you are using any SFP 1G modules, for some reason they did not work for me before the upgrade. There is so much value here, L2/L3/10G and the price is so low, thank you TP-Link! To top it all off power consumption is very low. Awesome product.
