FeelWorld ATEM215 Reviews

Delivered 3 faulty units that don't power on, no refund

I originally purchased this in February 2025. It is currently October and I am on my 3rd or 4th one, I've lost count. Each time I purchased this item, it was delivered to me in seemingly fine condition, but the unit would not power on. Sometimes, depending on which replacement I was on, it powered on for a few days, or a few weeks, and then stopped unexpectedly and never powered on again. Each time, I was past the 30 day window to get my money back, and was only offered a replacement unit. I kept the massive box in my house for weeks at a time out of paranoia I would have to once again haul this 60lb package somewhere and ship it back again. I am hoping B&H will do the right thing and give me my money back as I have literally never been able to use this once.

Nice enough but.....?

Build quality is good, all metal. Bought mainly for the quad SDI display as so many shoots these days are two cameras or more. Many usable features including false color, waveform, built-in speakers and more. The weakest link is the display. Its adequate but the sign of a cheaper display is viewing angle and this disappoints on that front. I have seen worse but just moving around slightly, you will notice a difference in contrast, saturation, etc. For the money, its good but don't expect a professional display. It is what it is.
