This is not accepting a 4k or C4k signal from my S1. It's only accepting a 1080p signal. What is going on?
The ANDYCINE C5 5.5" Daylight-Viewable Touchscreen On-Camera Monitor should support a DCI 4k video signal but there is not mention of which frame rates are supported, so you may want to try starting with 4k at 23.98. You may also want to make sure you are using a 4k capable HDMI cable when connecting the monitor to your camera.
