Control your outdoor lighting from anywhere by plugging it into the KP405 Kasa Smart Wi-Fi Outdoor Plug-In Dimmer from TP-Link.
The unit's IP64-rated enclosure protects it from an ingress of water and dust, ensuring that it remains operational outdoors. Additionally, the enclosure is also fire retardant.
With the included clamps, secure the connecting wires from the plugged-in lighting and place the KP405 at least 8" from the ground for optimal outdoor performance.
Remote Management via Kasa Smart App
The KP405 connects to your network via Wi-Fi from up to 300' away, enabling you to turn your plugged-in outdoor lighting on and off from your iOS or Android device using the Kasa Smart app. A hub is not required for operation, thanks to Wi-Fi connectivity.
Once connected, you'll be able to dim, control, set schedules, set routines, and set timers for your plugged-in outdoor lighting from anywhere to best suit your needs. Features like away mode enable you to set your lights to automatically turn on and off while you are away, making it appear like you are home
