Get professional sounding instrument recordings without breaking the bank using the black STC-10 from Sontronics. Designed in Britain, this flexible small-diaphragm condenser microphone can be used on a wide variety of instruments and has been engineered to deliver sonic results rivaling far more expensive pencil mics. Well suited to recording acoustic guitars and other strummed instruments, the STC-10 is also well suited to capturing solo strings and woodwinds. Adding a second mic (available separately) gives you a stereo tool kit ready to capture overheads and ensembles
The mic features a 2-stage high-pass filter (Off / 75 Hz), allowing you to reduce unwanted low-end, while a 2-stage pad (Off / -10 dB) lets you record loud sources at up to 130 dB. A mic clip and foam windshield are included.
