The boom, also known as a pantograph-style boom, features robust steel construction and can be mounted onto masonry or wood. It supports light fixtures and/or other gear weighing up to 11 lb, and it provides a wide range of swivel, height, and reach adjustments for the perfect light and accessory placement. The pantograph delivers a 31" vertical adjustment range, and the riser adds another 13" of height adjustment. The WM-SB gives you the option of low-angle, eye-level, or overhead lighting with a single boom arm.
Sporting a 5/8" baby pin with an integrated 3/8"-16 threaded screw, you can mount your light or accessory on the boom's riser and extend it up to 55" from the wall. In addition, you can swing the boom 180° for precise positioning while extended. When it's not in use, you can reduce clutter by swiveling the pantograph to the wall, so it takes up less than 5" of space. All this while minimizing the chance of tripping over or bumping your light stands in a less cluttered working space.
