Icron 2311-NA Reviews

Not for video

We tested this for motion smoothness, using a ClearOne Unite 200 camera as source of USB video. The picture came through but the motion was significantly chopped compared to non-extended USB and to other extenders we tested, including a very inexpensive io gear one. I notice there is an iCron product for the same price and same form-factor, called 'innogeni'. It features video compatibility more prominently. Perhaps that one is better for video motion. According to my tests, I'm staying away from this and other Ranger line extenders, for video cameras.
