Hello, this long-time Adobe user is now reading the writing on the wall. This iPad Air 10.9" Early 2022 5th Gen with M1 Chip will be sufficient for 4K editing using current Final Cut Pro X? Thanks for your patience with me. You are the people I trust for all this stuff.

This will edit 4k video, however Final Cut Pro X is not supported by iPadOS. We may see it in a future update.

Wondering if this will run Adobe Premiere Pro smoothly? I want to edit 4K. I like the idea of going Apple over PC. But I don't want to change to FCP yet. Is there anyone who is using Premiere Pro on this or a similar iPAD?

Can SanDisk 256GB Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB 3.1 Flash Drive (USB Type-C / Type-A) or similar work in a plug and play mode? I would not mind getting the 64gb model and have my content on a flash drive.
