I bought a purple Samsonite ; the arm does not raise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is working perfectly as a carry on or checked bag. We are traveling extensively in Greece and needed a bag that could hold lots but small enough for me to wheel myself into multiple ferries and in and out of taxis as well as check on our flight back to the US. It hardly has a mark on it and the wheels have worked great on the cobblestones, rocks and variety of surfaces on my trip!
