Built to provide solid support for a keyboard and mouse in a rackmounted environment, the Reversible Sliding Rack Keyboard Shelf/Drawer from Auray is a 14" deep, 1 RU sliding shelf with a rigid frame and rugged steel construction. It has ample width and depth to accommodate a keyboard and mouse, and the 10" extension will give you plenty of room to type without being cramped or crowded by your other rack gear.
The SRS-1U Keyboard Shelf comes with front and rear rackmount ears for mounting into any 19" equipment rack. The whole shelf can be mounted upside down for doubling as a convenient drawer to hold accessories, cables, and other nonrackmountable gear you want to keep handy.
Note: The Rack ears on the Auray SRS-1U Reversible Sliding Rack Keyboard Shelf and Drawer (1 RU) fit into a standard single rack space. However, the mechanism for the retractable and sliding bearings cause the full thickness of the product to be approximately 2.1, rather than 1.75". Therefore, it is recommended that you have at least 2 rack spaces available to mount the SRS-1U in order to avoid any issues and maximize functionality.
