The 4K HDMI KVM Extender Kit from KanexPro sends and receives HDMI signals with up to UHD 4K60 resolution beyond the ability of a standard HDMI cable, extending both video and audio up to 230' over a single Cat 6/6e/7e cable with no latency. This kit also extends USB peripherals over the same connection, so you can extend device control such as keyboard, mouse, touchscreen, or even PTZ camera controls along with the video. The kit consists of a transmitter unit with HDMI and USB 2.0 inputs and an RJ45 output as well as a receiver unit with an RJ45 input and HDMI and two USB 2.0 outputs.
The transmitter also includes an HDMI output for a local display, and the receiver also includes a S/PDIF TOSLINK optical output to de-embed audio from the transmission. The kit also supports bidirectional IR pass-through and includes IR transmitter and receivers. Other features include HDCP 2.2, EDID, and HDR support.
