Not a good DJI alternative

I wanted to use a gimbal that I did not feel could download malware onto my phone, even though I had previously used a DJI Osmo 6 and was happy with its performance. Unfortunately, KB's attempt at a competitive products fall far short. First, getting my iPhone 11 ready to use with this gimbal takes some patience, and some manual balancing. It does not fit well with the thin silicone Apple case. I have to take it out of its case for it to fit in the narrow groove. Whether doing vertical or horizontal recording, the phone easily rotates to where the corners hit the base of the gimbal arms. This is unacceptable. A standard iPhone 6 isn't even very large. In horizontal mode, the phone is held on three sides, so I cannot plug an external microphone wire or charging wire during use -- the slot is completely covered. As far as tracking, the abilities of the gimbal to keep up are mediocre and at best, unreliable for action shots. It easily loses track of objects. Lastly, the tripod looks as if it was meant for a smaller gimbal and is to small that the whole thing looks unsteady during use. I am going to risk using a DJI on a dummy phone until a better alternative emerges (hopefully).
