1/4 the price of the Canon equivalent and works better. Actually the Canon equivalent no longer works at all in 2024. Worked perfectly well with my Canon R5C body

Still getting use to it!

I have never used a flash controller before but I'm impressed with this one so far. Not really had the chance to use it! Tested it with three YN560 flash units and worked as advertised. The manual is a little lacking and there are not any videos for this as yet that I have found. Easy enough to figure out!

Anyone know how the YN560TX-Pro must be configured? It is suppose to work as a YN622TX, but I cant get it to work with the YN685 in Ttl 622 remote mode. Manual says to upgrade firmware, but the pc program from the webpage is not detecting the YN560TX-Pro and the flash YN685 can only be upgraded via wireless from the transmitter connected to the pc. Is the update still not out or do I have to put some special configuration on my pc? What flash models are confirmed to work with this controller in ETTL?

I had a difficult time with my YN560tx ii syncing with my rf603 and yn660. I finally found in the custom functions a screen where I had to choose between 602 or 603 frequencies. The transmitter and flash were set to 602 so it wouldn't connect to the rf603. Maybe there is a similar menu item on your pro version.

will a Sony A7R mk3 hotshoe trigger this unit? I'm ok with or without TTL
Asked by: mike
This unit has a metal shoe that can cause issues with the Sony shoe. It would be best to use a transmitter like the Godox XPro that has a plastic for specifically made for Sony shoes.

I just Got that flash but doesnt have the multi flash option. And the manual don't give any information about it. Any one knows if actually got the mode
Asked by: Pablo Eduardo
To use a multi-flash option, the Yongnuo YN560-IV Speedlite would be the correct flash unit to use along with this transmitter. https://bhpho.to/3fOPLJE
